The coaching process can be undertaken:

• Remotely by phone or webcam (Skype, Zoom)

• In-person in a third party place in Serris (1 avenue Christian Doppler) or in Paris 12 near Gare de Lyon station.

It is possible to alternate remote and in-person interviews.

​

For professional clients, the interviews could be undertaken in your office .

The evaluating interview (make appointmen) lasts about 30 minutes, thereafter each session last between 60~90 minutes for coaching and 2 hours for bilan.

To perceive a positive change, 4~8 sessions are needed generally, to be fulfilled in 2~6 months according to your needs.

You can also choose a flash coaching of 1~3 sessions in a more flexible setting. (e.g. goal definition, clarification of a specific situation).

Individual coaching : You will be given a flat rate by the end of the evaluating session.
